We are the Community Bible Study evening class in Concord, NH. We'd love to have you join us. Each week we study a new lesson, it's never to late to join the study. We meet each week (with a few exceptions) September through early May.
We meet at 7pm on Tuesdays at Concord Bible Fellowship, 25 Rockingham Street (between Broadway and South St). We are men and women of all ages, members of several different churches, and non-church-goers alike.
We're finishing up a six-week study of Galatians - a letter almost 2,000 years old written to several churches in what is now the country of Turkey. Six chapters, 149 verses, you can read it in a half-hour. We're learning about liberty, and how rules and regulations might serve some purpose, but they don't have anything to do with how you and God get along.
On March 31, we'll start our final six weeks of this year studying Ephesians. Another 2,000 year old letter. Deep issues about the church - not the bricks-and-mortar kind, but the all-believers kind. And whether Jesus was divine or human, or both. And what your purpose is on earth. But also practical matters like how to pray, how to be married, Christ-like behavior.
It's never too late to join (did we say that already?). Come and visit!

Well, our class is officially closed. And this web page may soon disappear as well.
We're off for the summer, but plan on starting a trimmer, less "official-CBS" class in September 2009.
Time and place are expected to be the same (see other pages here).
Best contact is Marjie (below).
God bless!
